Typical alerts would be costs of calls at a certain level, specific numbers such as premium rates or mobiles, duration levels and many more, produce on line reports and live stats all from your own screen.

All our tariffs offer FREE calls between multiple sites and other Digitel OneBill customers for up to 30 minutes per call any time day or night. Perfect if your business has a number of remote offices, branches and even employees that work from home, this alone will help dramatically reduce your monthly bill.

Below is a breakdown of the functions provided by our online control panel. All customers can be given access to this facility, putting control of call costs at their fingertips 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

A Closer Look...

This gives you the ability to view call information for current and past billing periods. A filtering tool is provided to report on various parameters including duration, call cost, and price range amongst others. Call Analysis
The following reports are currently available: Extension Analysis, Department Analysis, 30 Longest Calls and 30 Most Expensive Calls. These can be queried per site and against previous billing periods. Call Reports
User Information held against the Extension can be added, deleted or updated. User Admin
Set up automatic notification of calls that you would like to be notified about. An e-mail will be automatically sent to you when a call is made that matches the criteria that you enter. E-Alerts
