You will be required to make proactive outgoing calls to existing data base customers agreeing new contract and handset upgrade...

You must have an excellent telephone manner, be assertive and have the ability to "think on your feet be target driven with determination to succeed
- be enthusiastic and work well as part of a team
" In return you will be paid a basic salary of £12,000 per annum and great bonuses per upgrades and new sales the OTE is more like £24,000+ for motivated individuals. .

Experience and knowledge in this field is essential. Call centre experience would be an advantage as would customer service experience full training and support will be given.
